本科毕业论文 会计诚信问题研究 作 者 李 虹 院 系 会计学院 专 业 会计学 指导教师 王 玉 广  内 容 摘 要 随着安然、世通、施乐等一系列大型上市公司造假丑闻的接连曝光，华尔街股市随之大震荡，美国会计陷入信用沼泽；而银广夏事件后，中国会计也面临诚信危机。会计诚信问题已成为当前急需解决的热点问题。其成因何在，如何解决此问题，值得我们深入的探讨。 本文对会计诚信问题的基本现状及其危害进行了分析，并深刻剖析了其产生的原因，同时系统地提出了解决会计诚信问题的对策，并阐述了个人观点。 本文共包括以下四个部分： 第一部分，会计诚信问题的基本现状。 第二部分，会计诚信问题带来的危害。 第三部分，会计诚信问题的原因分析。 第四部分，会计诚信问题的对策探讨。 在会计诚信问题的对策探讨中，我认为应该从会计立法上加强内部监管，比如，改革现有的监事会与董事会并行的结构为监事会作为董事会的上位机关这一模式。 关键词: 会计造假 诚信危机 利益驱动 违规成本 监管  ABSTRACT With the accounting fraudulence explored, just like Enron, WorldCom, Xerox, etc, the stock market is shocked strongly, and American Accounting falls into the marsh of the sincere. In china, Accounting also faces the sincere crisis after the Yinguangxia incident. Accounting sincere becomes the hot point which is in need of solving now. what is the reason? How to solve the problem? These questions need deep discussion. The current situation and the danger of the accounting sincere are analyzed clear in this text, despite analyzing the reason why it is appeared, the author gives us the way to solve the problem, also expresses the individual view. This text includes the following four parts: The first part, basic current situation of accounting sincere. The Second part, danger from the accounting sincere. The third part, reason analysis of accounting sincere. The fourth part, countermeasure discussion of accounting sincere. During the discussing process, I think the most important thing is lawmaking management.
