M e thods 65 ca e w ith A S were exam ined w ith CT. 52 ca e w erem ale and 13 ca e w ere fem ale. The age ranged from 16 year to 52 year w ith average age of 23. 6 year . Resu lts In 65 ca e , CT how ed degree in 11 ca e ( 16. 9% ), degree in 22 ca e ( 33. 8% ), ! degree in 24 ca e ( 36. 9% ) and ∀ degree in 8 ca e ( 12. 3% ) . B ilateral acro iliac jo int w ere involved in 54 ca e ( 83. 1% ) and one ide involved in 11 ca e ( 16. 9% ) . E arly CT find ing included coar e articu lar facet, interrupted jo int cortex, vague articu lar face, ubcorticalm icrocy t and clerotic articu lar urface, wh ile jo int pace wa norm al. CT finding in progre ive tage w ere uneven articu lar facet, errated bony cortex, ubcartilag inou bone m icrocy t, obv iou ly clerotic articular urface , extended jo int pace.
