中国高等院校债务膨胀问题研究 摘 要 随着我国高等院校招生规模的不断扩大，负债运营已经成为我国许多高校主要的运营模式。而负债运营在促进高校扩大办学规模的同时，也带来了诸多问题。例如，目前许多高校进入还贷高峰期，部分高校出现“还贷难”问题，甚至出现债务膨胀问题。高校债务膨胀已成为制约高等教育可持续发展的关键性问题。高校作为事业单位，并不适用破产制度，如果不采取积极有效的措施，其债务膨胀将会形成恶性循环，处理不当会产生严重的社会问题，这是我们都不愿意看到的。 本文首先概述高校资金来源及应用情况，在此基础上分析高校负债运营状况、负债膨胀原因及风险，文章最后提出了解决高校债务膨胀问题的对策。全文坚持科学发展观进行分析和研究，把科学的、实际可行的方法应用到高校财务工作中，目的是对我国高校债务膨胀问题的解决，起到一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：高等院校、资金来源、债务膨胀、风险 The Research on the Liability Inflation Problem of Chinese Higher Institutions Abstract With the expansion of college enrollment getting more serious，the fact that some higher institutions run on liabilities is very prevailing. At the same time， some troubles are show to them. At present， many universities have been entering a peak season to repay their loans， and parts of them feel difficult to pay offhigher institutions’ loan has been expanded seriously.- The liabilities have been a key factor that will stop their sustainable development. In fact， as government-sponsored institutions， bankruptcy laws don’t apply to these universities. However， if some active and effective measures don’t be put into practice， there will be a vicious circle which is what we can’t accept. This dissertation includes three parts： firstly， the resource and use of these capitals； secondly， the reason of these liabilities and risks； thirdly， the basic methods to solve the financing problems.
