However, there are many factors that affect the housing prices, this article from the perspective of supply and demand, through the analysis of real estate supply and demand characteristics of to identify the factors that affect the real estate market supply and demand, including economic growth, family small-scale urbanization process excess liquidity cost price of RMB appreciation accelerated land supply than the market expected tax credit policy, etc., then make a comprehensive study to those factors of housing prices.Then according to the supply and demand balance model and the principle of balance between supply and demand, I work out graphs of three different graphics state. Then aim at the severe situation as real estate speculation of China currently, analyzes the difference betwee
