我国第三方物流企业运作模式的探讨 摘要： 随着科学技术革命和社会分工的发展，第三方物流逐步成为现代物流的主导形式。我国第三方物流的引入是近几年的事情。由于第三方物流这种以合同制提供系统全套物流的方式，可以使企业为把精力集中在核心竞争力上，成为企业“第三利润”的来源，因此,越来越多的企业选择将部分或全部物流业务外包给第三方物流。本文首先对于第三方物流进行了简单的介绍，阐述了其含义及特点，接着通过介绍第三方物流公司运作模式的特征、构成要素及其我国第三方物流发展存在的问题，提出了几种我国第三方物流企业可行的主要运作模式，最后介绍了第三方物流企业运作模式的构建。 关键词： 第三方物流资源整合Abstract : As science and technology revolution and the development of social division of labor, third-party logistics has gradually become the dominant form of modern logistics .The introduction of third-party logistics in China in recent years thing. In this paper, for the third-party logistics for a simple introduction to elaborate on the meaning and characteristics, followed by third-party logistics companies through the presentation of the mode of operation characteristics of the constituent elements of its third-party logistics development of Chinas problems and put forward several of Chinas first three major logistics enterprises a viable mode of operation, finally introduced the mode of operation of third-party logistics companies to build their appropriate mode of operation for the importance of third-party logistics companies Keywords: third-party；logistics resource；integration mode of operation 引言 第三方物流企业是指独立于供方与需方以外的专业物流企业，它通过与客户的合作为其提供专业化的物流服务。近年来，随着我国国民经济的快速发展，第三方物流业也得到了迅猛发展，特别是入世后，我国物流市场的对外开放程度不断深入，使得国外物流巨头纷纷加快市场进入和扩张步伐，通过多种方式抢滩物流市场的战略高地。我国第三方物流企业一般从传统的与物流相关的企业发展而来，物流还处于传统物流服务向现代物流转换过程的初级阶段，许多物流企业缺乏对第三方物流的正确认识，对国外成熟物流市场上第三方物流企业的发展规律也没有深入分析，在运作模式的科学性上尚有很大欠缺，所以，在现阶段，研究我国传统物流企业转向第三方物流企业的运作模式具有非常强的现实意义。 所谓第三方物流是指生产经营企业为集中精力搞好主业，把原来属于自己处理的物流活动，以合同方式委托给专业物流服务企业，同时通过信息系统与物流企业保持密切联系，以达到对物流全程管理的控制的一种物流运作与管理方式。 第三方物流，是相对“第一方”发货人和“第二方”收货人而言的。3PL既不属于第一方，也不
