基于指纹图谱益母草胶囊质量控制方法探究 　　[摘要] 目的 建立益母草胶囊HPLC指纹图谱，测定盐酸水苏碱指纹峰的含量，并标定其他指纹峰相对盐酸水苏碱的含量。 方法 采用色谱柱UltimateRXB-SCX（硅胶基质上键合有苯基磺酸基）（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），流动相：流动相A为0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾-0.15%磷酸水，流动相B为乙腈，线性梯度洗脱，检测波长205 nm。 结果 建立了益母草胶囊指纹图谱，确定9个共有峰，10批益母草胶囊的指纹图谱相似度均为0.95以上；含量测定结果表明10批益母草胶囊的质量稳定、含量均一。 结论 指纹图谱信息结合有效成分含量测定，该方法具有较好的精密度、重复性、稳定性，是更加全面的控制该制剂质量的一种有效手段。 [关键词] 益母草胶囊；指纹图谱；含量测定 [中图分类号] R284.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（b）-0007-03 Study of fingerprint-based quality control method motherwort capsules HE Zhuo-lin1 WANG Shuai1，2 MENG Xian-sheng1，2▲ BAO Yong-rui1，2 ZOU Hong-jun3 1.College of Pharmacy，Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Dalian 116600，China；2.Liaoning Province Engineering Research Center of Chinese Medicine Ingredients， Dalian 116600，China；3.Shenyang Yongda Pharmaceutical Co.，LTD，Shenyang 110027，China [Abstract] Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint motherwort capsules，hydrochloride stachydrine fingerprint peak levels，and other peaks were calibrated relative stachydrine hydrochloride content. Methods Column UltimateRXB-SCX （silica substrates bonded phenyl sulfonic acid） （250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），mobile phase：mobile phase A 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate-0.15% phosphoric acid，mobile phase B was acetonitrile linear gradient elution，detection wavelength 205 nm. Results A Motherwort capsules fingerprints identified nine peaks，ten lots Motherwort capsules fingerprint similarity were above 0.95；assay results showed that 10 batches of motherwort capsules stable quality，content uniformity. Conclusion Fingerprint information combined with an active ingredient content determination，the method has good precision，repeatability，stability，which is more comprehensive control of the quality of the preparation of an effective means.
