毕 业 论 文 人因工程在H超市布局展示设计中的应用 学 院： 商学院 专 业： 工业工程 学 号: 摘 要 本文论述了人因工程的理论基础、研究要领及其在国内外的研究近况，总结了超市内部布局展示设计的特性，且在此研究上提出了超市内部展示设计的一些人性化设计方式。 通过人因工程分析，分析研究人的空间尺度因素。研究人因系统环境因素，研究消费者对超市布局展示的心理反应。提出了对人流密度、流线设计和人均空间的要求；也提供了通道、货架、展台等有关人体测量的各项参考数据。 将理论研究和实践相联系，用人因工程的方式方法提出改进策略，用理论研究对超市内部的设计进行评估分析，并提出改进方案。本文主要从动线与人流优化、尺度人因优化、基于消费者心理的优化这三大方面提出了相关的设计改进方案。 论文采用了问卷和实地调研的方法，通过对布局设计的优化，提高了超市管理的人性化水平，为消费者提供更加舒适和便捷的服务。 关键词：超市 人因工程 布局设计 Abstract This article discusses the theoretical basis for engineering, research point and the research status of both at home and abroad, summarizes the characteristics of the supermarket internal layout and display design, and research on this, advances the supermarket within some humanized design way of display design. On the one hand, through the analysis of the engineering, the spatial scale factor of the researcher is analyzed. The research shows the psychological factors of the design people because of the systematic environmental factors. This paper puts forward the demand for the traffic density, streamline design and per capita space of supermarket environment. The reference data for the measurement of human body such as channels, shelves and booths. Well, on the other hand, theoretical research and practice, because of the engineering methods of choose and employ persons put forward improvement strategy, supermarket internally with theoretical study to evaluate the design of the analysis, and put forward the improvement plan. This paper puts forward the design improvement plan based on the three aspects of optimizing, moving line and flow optimization, and the optimization of consumer psychology. This article used the method of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation, through the optimization of layout design, improve the level of the humanization of supermarket management, provide more comfortable and convenient service for consumers.
