钢结构生产线 1、H型钢自动焊接生产线（H-beam auto-welding production line ） The multi-head strip cutting machine ( or CNC strip cutting machine ) , H-beam assembling machine , H-beam welding equipment , H-beam steel straightening machine and H-beam shot-blasting machine manufactured by our company can be formed an economical and practical H-beam production line . 2、H型钢制作流程（H-Beam manufacture process flow）： 板材预处理（pretreatment of plate material ） 切割下料（cutting material ） H型钢组装（assembling of H-beam steel ） 翻转、转运（overturning, moving） 焊接 （welding） 矫正 (straightening) 端面加工(machining of end face ) 钻孔 (drilling holes ) 清理涂装 (being cleaned being coated ) 3、生产设备（product machine）： 1）、多头直条切割机（multi-head strip cutting machine）： This machine is a highly efficient strip cutting machine . the longitudinal cutting torch can once cut a number of strip plates in accordance with the arrangement . the machine is equipped with the conflux tube-gang of oxygen and acetylene to avoid frequent changing the gas containers , and is adopted with AC frequency conversion (or DC pulse control ) . the machine is reliable in operation . 2）、数控/直条切割机（CNC/Strip cutting machine ）： On the basis of the multi-head strip cutting machine, we have added the economical and practical numeral –control capacity , which not only can perform cutting strip-plates ,but also can cut the various irregular shaped work pieces .what is more ? we are able to provide the plasma cutting , powder-spraying laying out ,auto-adjustment of height and auto-ignition devices in accordance with customers requirements . 3）、Z15型H型钢自动组立机（Z15 H-beam auto-assembling machine）： The clamping and alignment of the flange and web , positioning and auto-tack welding for the machine are adopted with PLC programming control to fulfill automatic governing , and which is one more times higher than the same kind of products in working efficiency . the drive of the main frame is adopted with the imported AC transducer ,which is stable and reliable ,and welding torc
