我国农村图书馆建设的现状及发展思路 专业名称： 班 级： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 完成时间： 摘 要 农村图书馆(室)是直接为农民服务的农村基层图书馆。在我国至今有8.7亿人口生活在农村，约占全国总人口的69%，他们构成了世界上规模最大的农村教育群体。农村图书馆的出现和存在，突破了时间和空间的限制，把学习和培训贯穿人们的一生，使我国图书馆服务真正能普及到读者人数最多的农村基层，让村民从多种资源中获得知识和技能，帮助他们发展经济，提高自身的综合素质，对整个社会和谐发展有重要意义。建设农村图书馆是时代发展的需要，是实现社会主义新农村战略的需要。农村图书馆事业是中国图书馆事业的重要构成，是社会主义文化事业的一部分，是图书馆建设的基础工程，只有将这项基础工程搞好，中国图书馆事业才能真正建立起自己完整的事业体系，图书馆事业也才能谈得上真正的繁荣。 本文主要运用了对比法、举例法、实证法、归纳法等研究方法，较系统地、从宏观的角度阐述了农村图书馆体系，分析了农村图书馆的发展现状，提出了困境产生的根源，并得出建设社会主义新农村的方法与出路。对于提高农村图书馆意识，重视农村图书馆的发展和建设，以及农村图书馆事业中诸如体制、形式、措施等具体实践问题的解决具有一定的参考价值。 关键词： 农村图书馆； 意义； 现状； 对策 Abstract The rural libraries are the grass-roots unit libraries that the peasant serves directly. In our country there are still 870million populations living in the rural areas which Accounts for about 69% of population of the whole nation. They have composed the maximal rural education of the world scale group. Appear with existence of the rural libraries has broken the time and space restricting and make villagers gain knowledge and the technical ability from various resource, help them to develop the economy ,improve themselves comprehensive qualities with harmony develop of the entire society. Construction rural libraries are the need of the development of the times. The rural libraries are important parts of China culture project. The rural library is a part of socialist culture, and is the basis of the library construction project, only to do a good job of this basic project, China can really build up their own libraries system, and the library can also reach a real and lasting prosperity. In this paper, the research methods including contrast, take example, induction, and so on. It systematically and macro expounds the rural library system， analysis the rural libraries development status, proposes the root cause of the plight, and comes to the way out on the building of a new socialist rural libraries.
