天津交易市场大厦基坑支护工程设计 毕业设计 摘 要 天津土地交易市场大厦位于天津市和平区，西临湖北路，南侧为曲阜道。该工程 由 22 层主楼、4 层裙房及地下车库组成，地下 2 层地下室。基坑开挖 9.5m,框剪结构， 基础类型拟采用箱基/筏基加桩基。根据工程实际情况和国内外目前的基坑支护现状, 初步设计了土钉+地下连续墙支护,桩锚+地连墙支护以及地下连续墙支护三种支护方 案.根据基坑设计要求,计算出三种方案的主要参数:土钉布置,土钉长度,土钉直径; 锚杆直径,桩的配筋和入土深度;地下连续墙的入土深度,槽宽,等.三种方案技术上都 满足要求,然后通过经济性分析,确定出了土钉+地下连续墙支护为最优方案,对最优 方案做了优化设计以及施工组织与施工技术方案设计,并且还做了降水设计计算,以 及工程质量监测与检测方案.另外为了完善本工程设计,还做了 3000 多单词量的外文 翻译.本设计的创新之处是基坑支护选型和 1/2 分担法用于确定地下连续墙的入土深 度. 关键词 工程概况 设计计算 优化设计 施工监测 质量检测 II  Abstract:Tianjin land transactions in the market buildings in Heping District of Tianjin, north of Hubei Road, Qufu Road to the south.
