纯电动汽车热泵空调系统制热性能试验研究与分析 1 1 1 2 3 田镇 ,钱程 ,谷波 ,杨林 ,刘奋 (1.上海交通大学 制冷与低温工程研究所,上海 200240 ;2.上海交通大学,汽车电子研究所,上海 200240 ; 3.上海汽车新能源和技术管理部,上海 201805 ) 摘 要 搭建了电动汽车热泵空调系统(EVHPS )性能测试试验台 ,确定了制冷剂充注量, 以压缩机转速和环境温度为控制变量进行了制热变工况试验。试验表明:EVHPS 的制冷剂 最佳充注量为400g ;EVHPS 能够满足环境温度大于0℃制热负荷的需求。结合热力学第一 定律和热力学第二定律进行了基于试验数据的能分析和火用分析。结果表明:COP 随着电 动压缩机转速的升高而降低;不可逆损失主要发生在冷凝器和蒸发器,二者火用效率范围分 为是37.9%-53.05%和34.21%-61.77%。通过分析认为,EVHPS 优化的主要方向为电动压缩 机的重新设计以及寻求换热性能更高的冷凝器和蒸发器。 关键词 电动汽车 热泵系统 COP 能分析 火用分析 EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF HEATING PERFORMANCE FOR AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE HEAT PUMP SYSTEM 1 1 1 2 3 Tian Zhen , Qian Cheng , Gu Bo , Yang Lin , Liu Fen (1. The refrigerant charge of EVHPS was studied. Heating tests for different conditions were carried out with compressor speed and environmental temperature as variables. The experimental results show that the optimum refrigerant charge for EVHPS is 400 g and the system can meet requirements of heating load when the ambient temperature is greater than 0 ℃. Energy analysis and exergy analysis were performed with the combination of the first law and the second law of thermodynamics based on experimental data.
