车间除尘系统的设计 摘 要 随着煤炭行业的高速发展，由煤炭工业的发展引起的环境污染也越来越严重并且也越来受到人们的重视，人们对生活质量特别是生活环境质量的要求同时也在提高。环境污染，如大气污染对人们赖以生存的大气环境造成了极大的影响，大气污染对环境的破坏是巨大的，它对我们的生活造成了许多的危害，已经成为亟待解决的问题之一。大气污染中粉尘颗粒物对环境造成的污染占据了重要的部分，严重影响了人们的身心健康。除尘系统的设计，不仅是环境保护方面的重要内容之一，它同时也对企业的经济效益和对外形象产生影响。本次对除尘系统的设计，就是建立在对环境保护发展的基础上的。本说明书对除尘系统方案的提出、系统的设计计算及除尘器和风机等设备的选型等各方面都进行了论述。通过对设计对象的深入了解，通过对系统阻力、风量等的计算，提出了合理的除尘方案，选用合适的除尘设备和管路组合成有效的除尘系统。最终达到预定的设计目标。 关键词：大气污染 除尘系统 环境保护 除尘器 阻力 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of the coal industry, the development of the coal industry caused by the pollution of the environment is also more and more serious and also more and more attention by people, people life quality of life, especially the requirements of the quality of the environment as well as improved. This on the dust removal system design, is based on the foundation of the development of environmental protection. This manual on the dust removal system of the scheme proposed, the system of design calculation and filter and machine equipment selection and other aspects are discussed in this paper. Through the design of the deep understanding of the object, through to the system, air flow rate of the calculation of the resistance, and put forward the reasonable dust control scheme, choose the right combination of dust removal equipment and pipeline into effective dust removal system.
