关于中国农村文化设施建设现状的分析 ——以徐州地区为例 公共事业管理专业学生 陈正信 指导教师 曾艳艳 摘要：文化建设是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容，农村文化设施既是农村文化建设的物质载体和组成部分，又是农村文化事业发展的重要标志，不但是农村经济发展与社会正常运转的保障，也是统筹农村经济发展、建设和谐社会的必然要求。物质生活水平提高使农民对精神文化生活需求提出了更高的要求，改善原有的农村文化设施已成为迫切的现实需要。本文通过资料搜集和实地调查的方法，从农村文化设施建设作用和意义、建设现状与管理等方面对相关知识做一些梳理，以期给有关部门提供改善农村文化建设供给的可能思路。 关键词： 农村文化；文化设施；文化建设；文化管理 Analysis on The Present Situation of Chinese Countryside Cultural Facilities Construction ——Take the Xuzhou Area as an Example Student majoring in Public Administration CHEN Zhengxin Tutor ZENG Yanyan Abstract: The cultural reconstruction is the important content of the socialism new rural reconstruction, the countryside cultural facilities not only is the countryside cultural reconstruction material carrier and the constituent, but also is the important symbol of the countryside cultural establishment develops, not only is the safeguard of the rural economy development and the social normal work, also is inevitably request of the plans of the rural economy development and the construction harmonious society. The enhancement of the material life level causes the farmer to propose to the energetic cultural life which demands a higher request, improves the original countryside cultural facilities which is becoming the urgent realistic need. This article through the method of material collection and on-the-spot investigation, combs the correlation knowledge from the aspects that the construction function and significance of countryside cultural facilities, and the present of construction situation and management, hopes to improve the possible thinking of the countryside cultural reconstruction to the department concerned.
