全肠外营养液中胰岛素实际营养支持作用观察 　　【摘 要】目的：通过对比观察营养评估指标如血浆白蛋白（ALB）、IBW%（实际体重/理想体重）、转铁蛋白（TF）、前白蛋白（PA）、肱三头肌皮褶厚度（TSF）等的变化，旨在了解全肠外营养液中胰岛素实际所起的营养支持作用。方法：选取近1年半我院住院的98例肿瘤营养不良患者，随机分为2组，即治疗组和对照组，治疗组胰岛素直接加入全肠外营养液中输注、胰岛素与葡萄糖配比平均为1：6，其中最高比值1：3，最低为1：10.对照组全肠外营养液中不加胰岛素输注，分别于治疗前、治疗2周后、4周后进行血白蛋白、IBW%（实际体重/理想体重）、转铁蛋白、前白蛋白、肱三头肌皮褶厚度的测定，并进行比较。结果：治疗组患者各营养不良评估指标的改善情况明显优于对照组患者。结论：全肠外营养液中加入胰岛素不仅仅起到调节血糖的效果、其实际所起的营养治疗作用不容忽视。 【关键词】全肠外营养液；胰岛素；治疗；肿瘤营养不良 【中图分类号】R56 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1004-7484（2013）05-0638-02 Effect observation of actual nutritional support insulin in total parenteral nutrition.
