However, compared with the enthusiasm of the people and their expectations of political participation , peoples congress system , there are still many problems in urgent need of further improvement. In this paper, the author describes a typical case collected by and through the analysis of the case , and thus leads to discuss the main issues on behalf of the electoral system in human existence , and ultimately suggest improvements . Derived from the text of the description , whether direct or indirect elections of the deputies elections electoral system there are many problems , but direct elections as the most direct reflection of public opinion , to achieve the will of the voters should be the top priority of electoral reform . So China should develop ways to improve the direct primary election for the National Peoples Congress election starting point for reform , improve the system of indirect election gradual . Only the implementation of the electoral system and gradually improve peoples deputies , deputies really do come from the people , serve the people , in order to truly reflect the essence of the people are masters of socialism.
