第 38 卷 第 22 期 包 装 工 程 2017 年 11 月 PACKAGING ENGINEERING 25 “互联网+”概念下的居家养老医疗服务平台设计研究 傅畅 （郑州轻工业学院，郑州 410002 ） 摘要： 目的 基于“互联网+”的概念，分析居家养老及医疗服务的现状，在受众群体对服务需求的基础 上，提出居家养老医疗服务平台的设计策略。方法 通过阐明“互联网+”体系中网络化、智能化、服务 化、协同化的特征，并针对平台使用者及服务提供者双方进行分析，从而推导出平台的功能定位和全面 的设计思路。结论 提出居家养老医疗服务平台设计的基础是用户的全面需求和操作体验；在服务设计原 则和互联网技术的理论支持下，解决了需求与功能设计不对称的问题，简化了平台操作的繁杂性，促进了 平台中资源和信息的合理配置，提升了居家养老人群在互联网医疗体验中的舒适感、参与度和便捷性。 关键词：互联网+ 医疗；居家养老；用户需求；平台设计 中图分类号：TB472 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 1001-3563(2017)22-0025-07 Design of the Home Care and Medical Service Platform under the Concept Internet+ FU Chang (Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, Zhengzhou 410002, China) ABSTRACT: On basis of concept Internet+, it analyzes the status quo of home care and medical service, and puts for- ward the design strategy of the home care and medical service platform based on audiences demand. Through explaining the characters of network, intelligent, service-oriented, collaborative in system of Internet+, aiming at analyzing both users and service providers, then it concludes platforms position function and whole design thinking.
