For the sake of reducing errors of visualm easurement in artificial countingmethod, an autom atic counting system for nuclear track based on DM 642 real- tmi e mi age processing platform is introduced in th is article, wh ich is able to effec- tively remove interferences from the background and noise points, asw ell as automatically extract nuclear track- points by using m athematicalmorphology algorithm.
