乳腺囊实混合性肿块超声和病理对照探究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨乳腺囊实混合性肿块超声声像图特征，提高超声诊断水平。方法 回顾性分析105例经病理证实的乳腺囊实性病变超声声像图。乳腺囊实性肿块分为I型（囊内实质型）、II型（分隔型）、III型（实质为主型）三种类型。 结果 105例病变中61例（58.1%）为良性病变，44例（41.9%）为恶性病变。61例良性病变在I、II、III型中分别为33（80.5%）、12（41.4%）、16（45.7%）；44例恶性病变依次分别为8（19.5%）， 17（58.6%）， 19（54.3%），表明囊内实质型多为良性病变，而分隔型（II型）和实质为主型（III型）多为恶性病变，其中以分隔型（II型）中的恶性病变率最高。结论 乳腺囊实性病变的超声表现较为复杂，通过分型有助于提高乳腺癌诊断率。 [关键词] 乳腺；囊实性；彩色多普勒；超声检查 [中图分类号] R737 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2013）06（c）-0179-02 Breast Mixed Cystic and Solid Masses Ultrasound and Pathology Research WANG guangshan 1 Yu Qian1 Qu Wei2 Li Lanlan1 Shu Tebiao1 Jiangxi province Nanchang City Third Hospital/ Department of ultrasound breast specialist hospital Jiangxi， Nanchang 330009，China；2. Methods The sonographic findings of 105 symptomatic cystic-solid lesions breast were pathologically confirmed and reviewed analysis. Cystic-solid lesions were classified as 3 types： type I（intracystic mass）， type II （separated mass） and type III （solid mass with part fluid component）. Results According to the pathological diagnosis of 105cases，61（58.1%）were benign and 44（41.9%）were malignant. 61were benign lesions 33（80.5%）in type I and 12（41.4%）in type II， 16（45.7%）in type III. 44 malignant lesions in the three types were respectively 8（19.5%）， 17（58.6%）， 19（54.3%）， which shows tumours in type I are mainly benign lesions while tumours in type II and type III are mainly malignant lesions and the rate of . malignant lesions in type II is higher than that in type III. Conclusion Because mixed cystic-solid sonographic appearance of the breast is comparatively complex， we think typing will help to improve the diagnostic rate of breast cancer. [Key words] Breast； Cy
