The appointment is subject to the satisfactory completion of the Probationary Period which itself is subject to termination during any stage, by either party, upon two week’s notice in writing, or by payment in lieu of notice. The probation period shall be three (3) calendar months. During this period, either party could terminate by giving two (2) weeks notice or salary in lieu to the other party.
