SolidWorks is easy to learn, easy to use, and easy to navigate, letting users concentrate on their designs, not their CAD software.So I choose SolidWorks Premium 2010 as my tool to finish my works. Where there is motivity,there is a reducer.And worm reducer has large numbers of advantages ,such as smaller volume, larger speed ratio and so on.To this extent,worm reducer plays an important role in Mechanical and Electrical industry. No matter how complex a worm reducer will be, worm ,worm wheel and reduction case are integral parts of the reducer.Therefore I am going to expatiate on the method of drawing them. 2 st chapter Representative Parts of my Works 2.1 How to draw a worm? Use variable drive and constraining size to make a rough sketch of the design .Figure 2-1 shows the size marking of the sketch.
