呼出气冷凝液检测在OSAS 中的研究进展

【摘要】阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的发病机制主要与气道炎症
和氧化应激有关。呼出气冷凝液(EBC)检测技术是近年新开展起来的用于检测呼
吸道疾病炎症、氧化应激及酸碱状态变化的一种无创方法，具有简便易行、实时
监测、重复性好、患者易耐受等优点。通过对OSAHS 患者呼出气冷凝液中有关生
物标记物进行研究将有助于OSAHS 的早期诊断、严重程度及治疗效果的评估甚至
预后的判断，也可能为OSAHS 的发病机制和诊治提供新的思路和新的治疗方法。
本文通过查阅相关数据库，查询有关阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征、呼出气
冷凝液生物标记物等文献，进行分析总结文献内容，将从呼出气冷凝液检测技术、
OSAHS 患者呼出气冷凝液中可检测的有关生物标记物特点和临床应用以及 EBC
技术不足、应用前景这几方面进行综述。

Research advances in the exhaled breath condensate
detection for OSAHS
【Abstract 】The pathophysiology of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea
syndrome(OSAHS) is mainly related to airway inflammation and
oxidative stress. The exhaled breath condensate(EBC) detection, as a
new way of non-invasive studying pulmonary diseases which reflect
airway inflammation,oxidative stress and acid-bases ，has advantages of
being easily carrying out ，real-time monitoring ，repeatability and
better patients acceptance. Collecting some biomarkers in EBC for
OSAHS,which could assist in the diagnosis of OSAHS,the severity
of this disease，and the evaluation of treatment. Identification of abno
-rmal markers in EBC may provide new opinion on the pathogenesis
of OSAS and new therapeutic.In this review we will inquiry literatur
es about obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome 、exhaled breath
condensate、biomarkers from some databases,analyse and summarize
these literatures.Finally we discuss the exhaled breath condensate det
