经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗高龄高危前列腺增生症的临床分析 　　【摘要】目的观察经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗高龄高危前列腺增生症的临床疗效。 　　方法选择2014年6月至2015年9月间行手术治疗的86例高龄高危前列腺增生患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组43例。观察组采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗，对照组采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗。对两组患者的手术指标及临床疗效进行比较。 　　结果观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间及术后冲洗时间明显少于对照组（P0.001）；治疗后观察组患者残余尿量、生活质量评分、国际前列腺症状评分均显著低于对照组（P0.001）；观察组患者术后并发症发生率为4.65%，对照组为18.60%，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 　　结论经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗高龄高危前列腺增生症，可以显著改善患者预后，减少并发症发生，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】经尿道前列腺汽化电切术；高龄；高危；前列腺增生症 　　中图分类号：R697+.32文献标识码：ADOI：10.3969/j.issn2017.02.016 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the effect of transurethral vaporization resection of prostate for elderly highrisk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. 　　Methods86 elderly highrisk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent operation from June，2014 to September，2015 in our Hospital were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group，with 43 cases in each group.The observation group were given transurethral vaporization resection of prostate，while the control group were given transurethral resection of the prostate.And then，surgical indicators and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. 　　ResultsIn the observation group，the amount of bleeding， operation time and postoperative flushing time were significantly less than those in the control group（P0.001）.After treatment，residual urine volume of the observation group were significantly less，quality of life score and international prostate symptom score were significantly lower than those of the control group（P0.001）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.65%，while that in the control group was 18.60%，difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. 　　ConclusionTransurethral vaporization resection of prostate can significantly improve prognosis and reduce complications of elderly patients with high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia，which is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】transurethral vaporization resection of prostate；the elderly；high risk；benig
