SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT （合同商品）1.1 Seller has sold and Buyer has bought Copper Cathode 99.96% upward in accordance with the Specifications stipulated in Annexes 1, which is an integral partof this contract.买卖双方同意执行电解铜99.99% 以上进口事宜，产品成分及规格详见附件一(做为该合同的补充内容，与本合同具有同等法律效力)；1.2 The copper cathode under this contract shall be delivered in quantities of 5000MT/Month (+/-0.5%)x 12 Month, total 60,000 (+/-0.5%) MT per year under Bank Guarantee term, all CIF the post of China.本合同将包括电解铜进口共5000MT/Month x 12 Month(+/- 0.5%),数量 60,000(+/-0.5%)吨，CIF 港 。2.
