J of PHM.Oct.2011 VoL27 No.5 475 · · 黑龙江省居民慢性病患病情况及影响因素研究 1 1 1 2 3 和沛森，吴群红 ，郝艳华，常铁中，和培楠 摘要：目的 探讨黑龙江省居民慢性病患病率及其影响因素，从而为黑龙江省防治慢性病提供有价值的参考信息。 方法利用黑龙江省 第四次国家卫生服务调查西部扩点数据，通过描述性分析及两水平Logit 模型，探讨黑龙江省居民慢性病患病率的因素。 结果通过分 析发现，影响黑龙江省居民慢性病患病的因素有：饮用水类型、收入、是否为贫困户、性别、年龄、就业、医疗保险、健康体检行为、吸烟、 饮酒及体育锻炼。 结论不同人群慢性病患病率存在差异性，加强对贫困户家庭成员、女性、老年人口、离退休、离婚或丧偶及不良行为 方式等群体的健康关注和干预，将有利于改善这一现状。 关键词：慢性病；现状；影响因素；两水平Logit 模型 中图分类号：R195 .4 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001- 9561 （2011）05- 0475- 03 Analysis on Prevalence Rate of Chronic Diseases among Population in Heilongjiang Province and Its Influencing Factors HE Pei-sen, WU Qun-hong, HAO Yan-hua, et al. Abstract ：Objective To explore the prevalence rate and influencing factors of chronic diseases in Heilongjiang Province, so as to provide some information for the government to deal with the chronic diseases. Methods Based on the data from the enlarged investigation in west China of the Fourth National Health Service Survey in Heilongjiang, the influencing factors of chronic diseases were analyzed through the statistic description and two-level logit regression model. Results By certain analysis, we find that the influencing factors of chronic dis － eases in Heilongjiang include the type of water, income, gender, age, occupation, medical insurance, body checking, smoking, drinking and exercise.
