The enterprises financial management is not only a comprehensive management work, and the most important is the enterprise management work one. Reasonably and effectively organization of enterprise financial management, can promote the enterprise with as little occupation of funds, win as big production operation results, thus the enterprise on efficient, development and expansion of the path to health and promote the maximization of enterprise value, to maintain the sustainable development of the enterprises. Modern financial management shall determine the maximization of enterprise value of the core idea; each work should always focus on how to achieve this goal to carry out. Create value of the enterprises core, is the enterprise to realize the cash flow and profitable growth, and this growth must be sustainable growth. To strengt
