铁通论文：全业务背景下X省铁通协同发展战略研究 【中文摘要】铁通公司是一个新兴的基础电信运营企业,有着十年的发展历史,来源于铁路。成立之初,与中国联通公司一样,肩负着打破我国电信行业垄断的使命。然而,成立时即遭遇国家取消初装费的尴尬,继而伴随着国家优惠扶持政策的丧失,以及2008年新一轮重组后,铁通公司面临重而不组的局面,一边是固网业务的严重萎缩,一边是电信联通的强大联合营销。随着3G业务牌照的发放,电信联通均获得了全业务运营牌照,本来就激烈的电信行业竞争会更趋于白热化。如何在激烈的竞争中站稳脚跟,如何取得一席之地,这一切首先必须做好与移动的协同工作。如何根据X省以及X省铁通的实际制定和实施好协同发展战略,是本文要研究的主要内容。本文阐述了铁通公司的有关情况,分析了X省铁通面临的形势,指出在当前的竞争态势下,X省铁通必须做好与X省移动的协同工作,才能做到企业的生存和发展。本文分析X省铁通面临的外部环境时采用了PEST分析法,从人力资源、网络情况、财务状况、营销能力和综合竞争力分析了企业的内部环境,采用SWOT分析法对企业的优势劣势机会和挑战进行了剖析,得出X省铁通做好协同发展是关系到企业生死存亡的大事。 【英文摘要】China Tietong is a new basic telecommunication enterprise,coming from China railway department with decades of history. As the same responsibility as China Unicom, it is going to break the monopoly of Chinese telecom market when it is builden. However, government has canceled the initial installation fee and changed the policieswhen the company sets up. China Tietong has to face the difficult situation As well as a new round of telecommunication in 2008. China Tietong抯 bussiness is recessed, while China Telecom and China Unicom are launching joint marketing. China Telecom and China Unicom have received a full-service operation license with the 3G service licenses releasing. The telecom competition is hotter than before. How does China Tietong get survival in the competition? China Tietong must make the business compliance with China Mobile. The main researching of this article is how to deal with the strategy according to x province government and China Tietong X Branch.This paper describes China Tietong抯 the situation and analyzes the situation of China Tietong. China Mobile x Company and China Tietong X Branch must cooperate with each other at the current competitive situation in order to survive and develop.This paper analyzes the external environment of China Tietong X Branch with PEST, the internal environment from human resources, network, financial condition, marketing capabilities,competitiveness,and describes strengths and weaknesses of the business
