涤棉织物的阻燃整理

摘要：采用棉用阻燃剂洁尔爽CP对阻燃涤纶／棉混纺织物中的棉组分进行阻燃整理，探讨了阻燃剂浓度、焙烘条件及
交联剂用量对阻燃性能的影响；并采用热重分析及锥形量热仪方法测定了处理前后织物燃烧特性的变化。实验结果
表明阻燃涤纶／棉织物采用洁尔爽CP整理的优选工艺为CP浓度4009／L，焙烘条件为1650C、4min，交联剂浓度为
809／L。
