文物档案的发展建设现状及对策研究 　　摘要： 文物是人类在社会活动中遗留下来的具有历史、艺术、科学价值的遗迹和遗物。文物档案指文物的发掘、收集、整理、研究、保护和利用等工作的详细历史记录，它是文物的信息载体，也是文物在各项重要活动中形成的最原始记录，具有极其重要的历史价值和研究意义。在我国，文物档案的建设和发展取得了长足的进步但也出现了不少问题。本文通过对文物档案发展的现状分析，提出文物档案建设出现的问题是文物档案发展现代化的问题，包括文物档案管理现代化、文物档案人才现代化、文物档案技术设备现代化，文物档案制度现代化。本文将从这几方面入手，谈谈文物档案发展的现状以及提出一些发展建议。 　　Abstract： Cultural relics are the relics of historical， artistic and scientific values left by human beings in social activities. The cultural relics archives are the detailed historical records of the excavation， collection， collation， research， protection and utilization of cultural relics. It is the information carrier of cultural relics and the most primitive record of cultural relics in important activities. It has extremely important historical value and research significance. In China， the construction and development of cultural relics archives has made great progress， but there have been many problems. This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of cultural relics archives， and puts forward the problems of the development of cultural relics archives. It is the modernization of cultural relics archives， including modernization of cultural relics archives management， modernization of cultural relics archives personnel， modernization of cultural relics archives technology and modernization of cultural relics archives system.
