摘 要 信息时代的教师作为人才的培养者，其信息素养与利用信息技术 的能力尤显重要，将直接影响到培养人才的质量。随着教师专业发展 理念的提出，人们越来越深该地认识到：专业发展涉及方方面面，但 其中离不开一项核心的能力——教师的教育技术能力。它将对教师发 展起着至关重要的作用。 中职教师是整个教师队伍的一个重要群体，他们直接承担培养高 素质、面向市场的技能型人才的任务，他们自身的素质，将迅速反映 到就业者的身上。因此，中职教师专业发展是当今职业教育的一项重 要研究内容，而信息技术如何促进中职教师的专业发展，同样是这一 问题的核心。 全文首先从时代大环境出发，分析了研究中职教师专业发展的意 义与重要性，接着从国内外研究的现状进行文献分析，梳理教师专业 发展的代表性观点，然后重点分析中职教师的“双师”角色，以及中 职教师独特的知能结构，为构建模式提供理论依据。在实践研究层面， 文章首先以群体的视角，对参加2011 年 “广西中职教师现代教育技 术与课程整合自治区级培训”的学员进行调查分析，弄清其整体水平。 接着进一步以5 个具有代表性的中职教师进行深入调查访谈，追寻他 们利用信息技术促进自身专业发展的轨迹，这是本文的重心所在，在 取得较为丰富的一手材料之后，对群体与个案资料进行综合分析，对 比琢磨，归纳出信息化支持的中职“双师”专业发展模式图。最后对 本研究进行系统总结以及对教师专业发展研究做一些趋势预测。 关键词：信息技术，教师专业发展，中职教育，个案研究； I ABSTRACT Information age of teachers as a talent cultivation of the person, the information literacy and through the use of information technology capability is particularly important which will directly influence to the personnel training quality. With the concept of teachers professional development people more and more deep understanding to the fact that Professional development multifaceted, but it cannot leave a core ability of teachers education-technical ability which will be for teachers development plays a vital role.
