精品论文 参考文献 2 型糖尿病采用中西医结合治疗的临床疗效观察 （广东省湛江市赤坎中医院 524035） 摘要：目的：通过与单纯西药治疗2 型糖尿病的治疗效果进行比较，探究采用中西医结合治疗2 型糖尿病临床疗效。方法：选取92 例患有2 型糖尿病的患者，分成两组，分别给予单纯西医治疗和中西医结合治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。结果：两组患者治疗后比较，对照组患者的空腹血糖，餐后2h 血糖，糖化血红蛋白均明显高于试验组患者，Plt;0.05。两组治疗后空腹血糖，餐后2h 血糖，糖化血红蛋白均明显低于治疗前，Plt;0.05。试验组总有效率2.3%，明显高于对照组77.7%，Plt;0.05。结论：中西医结合治疗2 型糖尿病临床疗效良好，能够明显降低诊断指标，改善临床症状，建议临床广泛采用中西医结合治疗方法治疗2 型糖尿病。 关键词：2 型糖尿病；中西医结合治疗；临床疗效 By combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Diabetes mellitus type 2 clinical curative effect observationXu Jingtao( Zhanjiang Chikan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Guangdong Province 524035)[Abstract] Objective: With the pure western medicine treatment to compare the effect of Diabetes mellitus type 2, and to explore the clinical curative effect of combiningtraditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Diabetes mellitus type 2.Methods:Select 92 cases of patients with Diabetes mellitus type 2, is divided into two groups,respectively, to give pure western medicine treatment and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, compared two groups of treatmenteffect.Result:Compared two groups of patients after treatment, the control group patients with fasting plasma glucose, postprandial 2 h blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobinwere significantly higher than that of experimental group patients, P lt; 0.05.Fasting glucose levels after treatment in both groups, postprandial blood sugar, 2 h glycosylatedhemoglobin were significantly lower than before treatment, P lt; 0.05.Experimental group (the total effective rate 2.3%) is significantly higher than control group (77.7%), P lt;0.05.Conclusion:Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of Diabetes mellitus type 2 clinical curative effect is good, can significantly reduce thediagnosis index, improve the clinical symptoms, suggested that clinical widely used with combined therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment
