精品论文 参考文献 ICU重症心力衰竭应用有创机械通气和常规方法治疗临床比较 内江市东兴区人民医院 四川内江 641100 　　【摘要】目的 分析研究针对ICU重症心力衰竭患者实施有创机械通气以及常规治疗的方法以及效果对比。方法 选取2013年3月到2014年3月的ICU重症心力衰竭患者资料64例实施回顾性分析，将64例患者随机分为两组，对照组患者采取常规治疗方式，观察组患者在对照组基础之上实施有创机械通气治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果实施比较。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.88%，显著高于对照组87.5%，观察组患者治疗之后的心率以及呼吸指标显著低于对照组患者，血氧饱和度指标显著高于对照组患者（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论 针对ICU重症心力衰竭患者实施有创机械通气，可以使患者的临床症状得到明显改善，使患者的低氧血症得到缓解，增强患者的治疗效果。 　　【关键词】重症心力衰竭；有创机械通气；治疗效果 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the methods and effect of creating mechanical ventilation and conventional treatment for patients with severe heart failure in ICU. Methods A total of 2013 March to 2014 March of ICU patients with severe heart failure data of 64 cases of the implementation of a retrospective analysis, 64 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group patients were treated with conventional treatment in observed group of patients in the control group based on the implementation of invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment, the treatment effect of two groups of patients compared with the implementation. Results To observe the patients in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 96.88%, significantly higher than that of control group, the total effective rate was87.5%, patients in observation group after the heart rate and respiratory index was significantly lower than that of the patients in the control group, blood oxygen saturation index was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group (P lt; 0.05), with statistical significance.
