一、工程概况Project General Information Project General Information 工程概述 Project name： project 工程名称 Project location： 工程地点 Project scope： Engine Overhaul Shop BLDG No.1 工程范围 Project Information：工程概况： method for metal roof: Regard steel deck as work platform, install a layer of 0.3mm thick PE film, and then lay 100 mm thick rockwool, TPO waterproof membrane will be applied on top of rockwool. Construction method is mechanical fastened. Aim at the characteristics of this project, the original structure will be covered with the whole tight TPO waterproofing membrane. TPO waterproofing system will be fixed on purlins of original structure. The overlap area of membrane will be welded together by hot air. Welding seam strength and life are guaranteed totally consistent with field membrane. TPO membrane produced strictly in accordance with USA standards, including the purchase of raw materials, technology and formula, manufacturing, product packaging. The rigorous quality control can ensure the products excellent performance and long-term quality assurance.  金属屋面由下而上施工方法为：屋面轻钢作承重板，上面铺设0.3MM厚的PE膜，然后铺设100mm厚的岩棉保温层，岩棉上安装TPO防水材料。施工方法为机械固定法。 针对于本工程的施工特点，为全面保证本工程的屋面防水问题，本公司将在原结构上增加全封闭的TPO防水卷材系统施工，确保将整个建筑屋面完整地置于TPO防水卷材系统的保护下。 TPO防水系统将以机械固定的方式固定在原结构的檩条上。卷材的搭接部分用热风焊接的方式焊接在一起，焊缝的强度保证年限与母材的性能完全一致。 TPO防水卷材严格按照美国标准生产，从原材料采购，工艺配方，生产制造， 成品包装全流程进行严格的质量控制， 确保产品的优良性能和长期的品质保证。 2, INSTALLATION 1.2.1 vertical transportation: Crane is required in this project for transport waterproofing material to roof. 1.2.2 Construction protection: Because of the large area and tight construction period for this project, the close co-ordination is a must.
