NUMPAGES 10 中国农产品进出口贸易现状及对策分析 王金山 摘要：自加入ＷＴＯ的近些年来，随着中国经济日益频繁的参与国际市场竞争，中国的农产品市场也在生产社会化的国际大分工中不断找寻着自己的位置。但现实告诉我们，相对落后的农业生产，加上来自国际和国内各方面的压力与阻滞，使得中国的农产品在参与国际贸易过程中遇到了不少前所未有的滞碍因素。这些都引起了国家的积极关注，并开始了对农民在政策、资金和技术上的大力投入和支持，但出现的这一连串不利的消息，足以提醒我们应该认真的去思考一下中国农产品进出口贸易的现状，问题究竟出在哪，出路又在何方？本人也对这个问题作过一番思考，下面我们一起对这些问题进行探讨和研究。 关键词：中国农产品进出口贸易；目前现状与问题；惠农政策；应对对策 Chinas agricultural product import and export trade Situation and Countermeasures Wang Jin-shan Abstract: Since joining the WTO, in recent years, as Chinas economy has become increasingly frequent participation in international market competition, Chinas agricultural market is the socialization of production of the international division of labor constantly looking forward to their place. But the reality tells us that the relatively backward agricultural production, coupled with various aspects of international and domestic pressure and block, making Chinas participation in international trade of agricultural products in the process encountered a lot harder without swinging harder unprecedented factor. These are caused by the countrys active interest and began to farmers in terms of policy, funding and technical input and support strong, but theres this series of bad news, remind us that we should be serious to think about Chinas agricultural product import and export trade of the status quo, where exactly is the problem the way out again Where? Keywords: Chinas agricultural product import and export trade; the current status and issues; preferential agricultural policies; response measures 一．近些年来中国农产品进出口贸易现状与出现的一些问题。 1.中国农产品进出口贸易近三年来的现状。 首先，我们来看一组数据，显示的是我国近三年来的农产品进出口贸易状况，如下： 2007年1～10月中国农产品进出口双增长。进口增幅大于出口增幅,农产品贸易逆差迅速扩大。农产品进出口贸易总额为618.2亿美元,同比增长20.0%。其中,出口额为291.5亿美元,同比增长17.3%;进口额为326.7亿美元,同比增长22.6%。农产品贸易逆差35.2亿美元,同比增长96.8%。一、粮食出口增长90.3%、进口下降58.6%,净出口增长4倍多2007年1～10月,中国出口粮食845.5万t,同比增长90.3%;进口129.2万t,同比下降58.6%
