东北石油大学本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 在市场经济竞争体制下，施工企业作为一个盈利性质的生产主体，在努力赚取利润的同时必须确保施工项目的安全生产。而今，纵观建筑行业，关于施工安全的反面案例比比皆是，建筑行业的安全形式不容乐观。因此，针对施工企业在确保安全生产的前提下，施工企业是否能够在既定的安全生产水平下实现安全成本投入最低，或者能够在有限的安全成本投入下达到安全生产水平最大。不仅有利于提高施工单位的安全技术水平和安全管理水平，并且对施工企业在激烈的市场竞争中取得项目优势，具有重要的实践意义。 本文在借鉴国内外一些先进理论和建设工程项目实践经验的基础上，从引起安全成本的源头出发，从保证性安全成本和损失性安全成本两方面分析总结了施工项目安全成本的构成，并且从施工项目危险源的角度系统分析总结了导致施工项目安全成本的诱因，建立了施工项目安全成本和安全保障度关系的模型，最后用工程实例验证了安全保证度在实际中的应用，希望本论文可以为相关项目实施文件提供参考。 关键词：施工项目；安全成本；诱因分析；安全保障度  Abstract In market economic competition system, the construction enterprise as a nonprofit production of the main body, trying to make a profit and must ensure that the production safety of the construction project.
