精品论文 参考文献 两种系统APTT、 PT 结果比对分析 陈敏 　　（四川省林业中心医院检验科 四川 成都 610084） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨在法国STAGO Compact全自动凝血仪与日本SYSMEX CA550全自动凝血仪检测系统上测定活化部分凝血酶时间（activated partial thromboplastin time, APTT）、凝血酶原时间（prothrombintime,PT）结果可比性比。方法：STAGO系统使用原装试剂，SYSMEX系统使用DadeBehring配套试剂，同时测定质控血浆以及新鲜血浆APTT、PT两个项目。结果：APTT、PT正常和异常质控重复性，CV均在3%以下。配对T检验，PT，APTT两个项目在STAGO Comapct和SYSMEX CA550两种仪器上差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在STAGO Comapct和SYSMEX CA550测定APTT和PT临床结果可比性不理想。实验室用不同系统测定APTT、PT时，需建立对应系统参考范围，为临床提供更为可靠的结果。 　　【关键词】 活化部分凝血酶；时间凝血酶原时间；可比性；STAGO Compact凝血仪；SYSMEX CA550凝血仪 　　【中图分类号】R44 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）10-0057-02 　　Chen Min. Methods The APTT and PTof the coagulation control plasma and freshsamples were measured by STAGO Comapct and SYSMEX CA550 automated blood coagulation analyzers and supporting reagents.Results In2 verified project, the coefficient of variation of normal and abnormal coagulation control plasma was below 3%. The comparative results of freshsampleswhich were analyzed by paired-sample T test by SPSS statistical toolshowed that there were statistical differences between STAGO Comapct and SYSMEX CA550 in APTT and PT(P＜0.05). Conclusions The comparabilitywhich the results of APTT and PT which were measured by STAGO Comapct and SYSMEX CA550 automated blood coagulation analyzers and supporting reagents were not very well. The reference range should be established when the APTT and PT were measured by different automatic instrument of coagulation, in order to provide reliable results for doctors. 　　【Key words】APTT; PT; Comparability; STAG
