精品论文 参考文献 中西医结合治疗对多囊卵巢综合征患者的治疗效果及对脂代谢的影响研究 （四川省内江市第二人民医院妇产科 四川 内江 641000） 　　【摘要】 目的：研究及观察中西医结合治疗对多囊卵巢综合征患者的治疗效果及对脂代谢的影响程度。方法：将2014年2月～2015年8月于本院进行诊治的64例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为对照组和观察组每组各32例，对照组的32例患者采用达英35进行治疗，观察组的32例患者则以达英35联合丹参酮进行治疗，然后将两组患者治疗后1个疗程和2个疗程时的总有效率、治疗前及治疗后1个疗程、2个疗程时的脂代谢指标进行比较。结果：观察组治疗后1个疗程和2个疗程时的总有效率均高于对照，治疗后1个疗程、2个疗程时的脂代谢指标均好于对照组及本组治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗在多囊卵巢综合征患者中的治疗效果较好，且对脂代谢的影响也更为积极，因此其更为适用于多囊卵巢综合征的临床治疗。 　　【关键词】 中西医结合治疗；多囊卵巢综合征；治疗效果；脂代谢 　　【中图分类号】R711.33 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）29-0181-02 　　Study on the treatment effect of conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and influence for the lipid metabolism 　　【Abstract】Objective To study and observe the treatment effect of conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and influence degree for the lipid metabolism.Methods 64 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital from February 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 32 cases in each group,32 cases in control group were treated with Diane 35,32 cases in observation group were treated with Diane 35 combined with tanshinone,then the total effective rates at first and second course after the treatment,lipid metabolism indexes before the treatment and at first and second course after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of observation group at first and second course after the treatment were both higher than those of control group,the lipid metabolism indexes first and second course after the treatment were all better than the results of control group and the results before the treatment,the differences were statistically significant,all P＜0.05.Conclusion The treatment effect of conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the patients w
