精品论文 参考文献 中西医结合治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎疗效及安全性评价 江油市903医院儿科 四川/江油621700 　　摘要 目的 研究中西医结合治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效及安全性。方法 以2015年6月至2016年1月期间来我院治疗的80例喘息性支气管炎患儿为研究对象，随机分为治疗和对照两组，对照组进行抗菌、抗炎等常规的西医治疗。治疗组则在前者的基础上再给予中药口服。以7天为1个疗程，7天过后比较2组的咳嗽等症状及体征的消失时间、不良反应的发生情况，并将2组的治疗总有效率进行对比。结果 治疗组的各项症状消失时间均比对照组要早，差异显著(P＜0.05)；治疗组总有效率为95%对照组为77.5%，两组对比差异具有统计意义( P＜0.05)；2组患者的不良反应无明显差异（Pgt;0.05)。结论 中西医结合用于喘息性支气管炎患儿的治疗，能在改善疗效的同时，不增加不良反应的出现，适宜推广应用于临床。 　　关键词 中西医结合；小儿喘息性支气管炎；疗效；安全性评价 　　[Abstract] objective of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis curative effect and safety.
