精品论文 参考文献 中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察及护理体会 　　川北医学院附属第二医院 四川绵阳四O四医院 四川绵阳 621000 　　【摘 要】目的：分析观察中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效及护理体会。方法：回顾分析2012年2月至2014年2月期间来我院就诊的89例慢性盆腔炎患者临床资料，将其随机分为研究组和对照组两组，对照组45例患者，研究组44例患者。对照组患者给予常规抗感染治疗，研究组患者给予中西医结合治疗，两组患者给予合理的护理措施，对比两组患者治疗1个月后的疗效，并对比1年内随访患者的复发率。结果：治疗1个月后，对照组痊愈40例，研究组痊愈44例，研究组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。同时1年后对所有患者进行随访研究组复发1例，对照组复发7例，研究组复发率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗??性盆腔炎，临床治疗疗效明显，有效地提高了临床治愈率，并且复发率较低，临床上患者无不良反应和并发症。 　　【关键词】中西医治疗；慢性盆腔炎；护理体会 　　【中图分类号】R711.33 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）6-0071-02 　　【Abstract】objective: to analysis combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease curative effect and nursing experience.
