Key words：hyperplasia of mammary glands，Ruhesanjie tablets，acupuncture-moxibustion，Soothing-Liver Regulating Qi，Activating-Blood Resolving-Masses 【中图分类号】R492.7【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2096-0867（2016）-07-430-02 乳腺增生在临床属乳腺外科常见病，是指一组乳房既非炎症、亦非肿瘤的，而以小叶增生和囊性变为病理改变的疾病。好发于30-45岁中青年妇女。病因多与情志刺激、多次人流、雌激素刺激等有关。临床表现可见乳房胀痛、乳房肿块、可有少许溢液、伴随月经失调、情志改变等。西医对严重的乳腺增生多采取手术治疗，病人接受性差，我科采用中药乳核散结片，配合针灸治疗，通过临床观察，起效迅速，疗效较好，病人易于接受。现总结如下。 1资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 选取我科室2014年11月——2015年3月就诊的乳腺增生患者60例，随机分为两组，每组各30例。治疗组年龄在27-44岁，平均年龄（34plusmn;3.25），病程在6月—5年。其中单侧增生者6例，双侧增生者24例，有结节增生者12例。对照组年龄在25-45岁，平均年龄（35plusmn;2.34），病程在7月—5年。其中单侧增生者8例，双侧增生者22例，有结节增生者10例。两组患者在年龄、病程、临床症状
