精品论文 参考文献 乳腺乳头状病变穿刺与切除病理诊断的临床对照研究 湖南永州职业技术学院附属医院 425006 摘要：目的：比较穿刺病理诊断与术后切除病理诊断乳腺乳头状病变的诊断结果，探讨两种诊断方法对乳腺乳头状病变的诊断准确性。方法：选取我院2010年1月至2015年1月的120例乳腺乳头状病变患者作为研究对象。对这120例患者的临床资料进行回顾性的总结分析，所有患者均进行了穿刺病理诊断和术后切除病理诊断，对比两种诊断方法的诊断结果。结果：穿刺病理诊断结果中，34例患者被诊断为乳头状癌，经切除病理诊断，这34例患者均为乳头状癌，符合率为100%；46例患者被诊断为非典型乳头状瘤，经切除病理诊断后发现，其中仅有18例患者为非典型乳头状瘤，符合率为39.13%；40例患者被诊断为导管内乳头状瘤，经切除病理诊断后发现，其中仅有14例患者为导管内乳头状瘤，符合率为35%。结论：在乳腺乳头状病变的临床诊断中，穿刺病理诊断对乳头状癌得诊断准确性较高，但在导管内乳头状瘤、非典型乳头状瘤得诊断中均存在误诊和漏诊情况，临床应对穿刺病理诊断的导管内乳头状瘤和非典型乳头状瘤患者的病变进行切除，避免遗漏的恶性病变进一步癌化。 关键词：乳腺乳头状病变；穿刺；切除病理诊断；乳头状瘤 Abstract：Objective：To compare the diagnostic results of pathological diagnosis and pathological diagnosis of breast papillary lesions，and to explore the diagnostic accuracy of two kinds of diagnosis methods for the diagnosis of breast lesions.Methods：120 cases of breast papillary lesions from January 2015 to January 2010 in our hospital were selected as the research object.The clinical data of the 120 patients were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent pathological diagnosis and pathological diagnosis.The diagnostic results were compared with the two diagnostic methods.Results：34 cases were diagnosed as papillary carcinoma，34 cases were diagnosed as papillary carcinoma，the rate was 100%；46 cases were diagnosed as atypical papilloma，18 cases were diagnosed as atypical papilloma，40 cases were diagnosed as ductal papilloma，and 35% cases were diagnosed by pathological diagnosis，the coincidence rate was 14.Conclusion：in the clinical diagnosis of breast papillary lesions，pathological diagnosis of the biopsy diagnosis accuracy of papillary carcinoma，but there were misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in intraductal papilloma，atypical papilloma diagnosis，clinical pathological diagnosis with catheter puncture in papillary tumor patients and atypical papilloma tumor lesion resection，avoid missing malignant lesions more cancerization.
