精品论文 参考文献 乳腺疾病应用乳腺MR动态增强扫描的早期诊断分析 南华大学附属第一医院 湖南衡阳 421000 【摘 要】目的：探析乳腺MR动态增强扫描诊断早期乳腺疾病的临床效果。方法：选择2015年1月-2016年1月期间我院收治的乳腺疾病患者89例为研究对象，均行乳腺MR动态增强扫描，并且将手术病理结果作为基本依据，对比分析检查结果。结果：所有患者均顺利完成检查，本组的89例患者中，60例为良性病变，占67.42%，其中5例为导管内乳头状瘤、20例为乳腺腺病、35例为纤维腺瘤；29例为恶性病变，占32.58%，其中20例为浸润性导管癌、1例为混合型癌、8例为导管内原位癌；经MR检查，结果显示59例为良性病变，27例为恶性病变，3例漏诊，诊断符合率为96.63%；同时，乳腺良恶性疾病患者的ADC值比较有统计意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：临床上运用乳腺MR动态增强扫描诊断乳腺疾病，具有较高的准确率，??以为治疗提供有效依据。 【关键词】乳腺疾病；MR动态增强扫描；早期诊断 Early diagnosis and analysis of dynamic enhanced MR scanning in breast diseases Yangkui First Hospital Affiliated to Nanhua University Hengyang Hunan 421000 [Abstract] Objective：To study the clinical effect of dynamic contrast enhanced MR scan in the diagnosis of early stage breast disease.Methods：Patients with breast disease in January 2015 -2016 year in January in our hospital 89 cases as the research object，underwent breast dynamic enhanced MR scanning，and the pathological results as a basis for comparison，analysis of test results.Results：all patients successfully completed the examination，89 cases of this group of patients，60 cases were benign lesions，accounting for 67.42%，including 5 cases of 20 cases of intraductal papilloma，35 cases of breast adenosis and fibroadenoma；29 cases of malignant lesions，accounting for 32.58%，of which 20 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma in 1 cases，8 cases of mixed type carcinoma，ductal carcinoma in situ；the MR examination，the results showed that 59 cases were benign lesions，27 were malignant lesions，3 cases of misdiagnosis，the diagnostic coincidence rate was 96.63%；at the same time，patients with benign and malignant breast disease ADC compared with statistical significance（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion：the clinical application of breast MR dynamic enhanced scanning in the diagnosis of breast disease，with high accuracy，can provide effective basis for treatment.
