摘要:通过红曲液体培养,研究酵母细胞对红曲霉次生代谢产物的影响.结果表明在红曲霉液体发酵中添加酿酒酵母细胞破壁
液,亲扣l生色素提高了37.53%,疏水幽色素提高了24.58%,MonacolinK增加了57.27%。
