Methods: March 2009 to September 2012 in our hospital from traumatic brain injury using mild hypothermia in patients treated 60 cases for the study were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine care, the experimental group, integrated care, observation care effect. Results: The experimental group care, lower the incidence of adverse reactions, higher satisfaction of family members of patients, compared with the control group (p lt;0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The use of mild hypothermia for the treatment of patients with traumatic brain injury during our hospital nursing intervention to help reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, to satisfy the family needs, the effect is obvious. 【Key Words】Of mild hypothermia craniocerebral trauma nursing 使用亚低温对颅脑外伤患者进行治疗具有较好的效果，尤其对重度颅脑损伤的患者，使用亚低温治疗可以有效地降低脑部水肿，减少脑细胞的能量代谢，减轻脑细胞的酸中毒情况[1.2]。但是使用亚低温治疗期间也容易导致各种不良反应的发生。我院在临床工作中，为更好地保证亚低温治疗的效果，加强了护理干预，报告如下: 1 资料与方法 1.1一般资料 择2009年3月～2012年9月我院收治的颅脑外伤使用亚低温治疗的患者60例为研究对象。使用计算机随机的方法将患者分为两组。对照组患者30例，其中男25例，女5例，年龄在41～72岁之间，平均为56.63plusmn;7.55岁；患者GOS评分在5～12分之间，平均为8.22plusmn;0.66分。实验组患者30例，其中男24例，女6例，年龄在42～73岁之间，平均为56.96plusmn;7.21岁；患者GOS评分在5～13分之间，平均为8.48plusmn;0.72分。两组患者的一般资料，包括性别、年龄、损伤情况等差异均不明显，p＞0.05，差异无统计学意义，具有可比性。 1.2方法 两组患者均给予亚低温治疗，使用降温毯等患者的体温控制在32～35℃之间，并使用肌松药物等。对照组患者给予临床常规护理，
