精品论文 参考文献 健康教育计划与实施评价表在肺结核护理中的应用效果评价 李惠梅 　　雅安市人民医院感染科 四川雅安 625000 　　【摘要】目的：探讨健康教育计划与实施评价表在肺结核护理中的效果影响。方法：选取我院2015年2月－2016年1月收治的475例肺结核患者，采用前后对照的方法，2015年2月—2015年7月收治患者230例为对照组，2015年8月-2016年1月收治患者245例为观察组。对照组采取常规健康教育，观察组应用本院自制的健康教育计划与实施评价表进行健康教育。观察比较两组患者遵医性、疾病相关知识掌握程度及满意度。结果：观察组遵医率98.8%高于对照组的78.3%，对疾病相关知识掌握程度95.9%高于对照组的78.3%；满意度100%高于对照组的75.2%，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.01)。结论：应用健康教育计划与实施评价表实施个体化健康教育，患者遵医性、疾病相关知识掌握程度及护理满意度均提高，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】健康教育；结核病；遵医性；满意度 　　[Abstract]Objective: To explore the effect of health education plan and implementation evaluation table in the nursing of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods: Selected in our hospital in 2015 February 2016 January 475 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients, before and after comparison method, the February 2015 - July 2015 patients treated 230 cases as control group,?August 2015 ndash; January 2016 were treated with 245 cases as the observation group.??The control group adopted routine health education, the observation group used the self-made health education plan and implementation of evaluation table for health education. Compared two groups of patients compliance were observed, disease related knowledge master degree and satisfaction.Results: Compliance rate of the observation group was 98.8% higher than the 78.3%, the degree of knowledge of disease related knowledge was 78.3% higher than the control group of 95.9%; satisfaction 100% higher than the control group of 75.2%, the difference was statistically significant (Plt;0.01).Conclusion: Application of health education programs and implementation of individual evaluation forms to implement health education, patient compliance sex, disease-related knowledge and mastery of nursing satisfaction were increased, worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words] Health Education; bacillary phthisis (TB); Medical Compliance; Satisfaction 　　结核病是严重危害人类健康和生命的慢性传染病，是国家重点控制的重大传染病之一。近年来，随着畜牧业和世界经济一体化的迅猛发展、大规模的人口流动，结核在全球范围内呈持续上升趋势。我国结核患者位居世界第二，耐药结核多，占比达28%，耐药结核上升，增加了治疗成本和难度。人群普遍对结核健康教
