精品论文 参考文献 健康教育评价在结核科的应用分析 赵辉 薛卫红 崔洪霞 马晶 　　(山东省滨州市结核病防治院 山东 滨州 251700) 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨结核科健康教育评价在结核科的应用情况，为优化结核科健康教育实施模式提供参考依据。方法：以我院结核科护理人员为研究对象，对实施健康教育优化前后护理人员健康教育评价得分情况以及患者护理满意度情况进行比较分析。结果：通过制定标准健康教育计划，实施结核科健康教育评价表，并持续对健康教育情况进行跟踪检查等一系列干预措施，结核科护理人员健康教育评价得分明显高于干预前，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。患者护理满意度由过去的79.5%提升至100%，改善效果显著。结论：在结核科采取全新的健康教育路径，推行实施和评价结合的健康教育模式，护理人员健康教育评价得分明显提高，有助于提升健康教育效果，提高护理满意率。 　　【关键词】 健康教育评价；结核；护理；分析 　　【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）21-0053-02 　　Health Education Evaluation in the Application Analysis Division of Tuberculosis 　　Zhao Hui Xue Weihong Cui Hongxia Ma Jing 　　Binzhou Tuberculosis Prevention and Treatment Hospital of Shandong province,Shandong,Binzhou 251700,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the tuberculosis department of health education in TB department application, provide a reference for the optimization of Tuberculosis Health Education Division mode. Results Through a series of interventions in health education programs to develop standards, implement tuberculosis department of health education table, and continued to track the health education inspection, tuberculosis department of health education nurses scored significantly higher than before the intervention, the difference was statistically significance (P lt;0.05). Patient care satisfaction increased from 79.5% to over 100%, are significantly improved.
