精品论文 参考文献 分析非淋菌性尿道炎引起患者抑郁的原因及心理护理的效果 四川省武胜县人民医院 四川广安 638400 【摘 要】目的：本次主要对非淋菌性尿道炎引起患者抑郁的原因进行分析，并探讨出改善患者抑郁情况的具体心理护理措施，从而提高患者临床护理的效果。方法：选取我院2014年4月-2015年11月收治并已确诊的非淋菌性尿道炎患者80例，通过自行设计调查问卷的形式对患者抑郁的情绪进行调查，对不同患者抑郁情绪的区别进行观察，探讨引起抑郁的原因，总结出具体的心理护理措施予以改善。结果：调查得出，男性抑郁情绪的发病几率明显高于女性，且36岁-45岁的患者明显给予其他年龄段的患者，两组的比较差异均具有统计学的意义，根据患者抑郁的原因，采取针对性的护理措施得出，护理后，患者的抑郁情况显著优于护理前，Plt;0.05，比较有统计学意义。结论：分析非淋菌性尿道炎患者抑郁引发的原因得出，性别与年龄等与抑郁的发生有关联，依照患者抑郁的原因再予以针对性的心理护理，可有效改善患者抑郁的情绪。 【关键词】非淋菌性尿道炎；心理护理；抑郁 Abstract：objective：the main urethritis of sex of gonococcus of to blame the cause of depression in patients with analysis，and discusses the measures to boost the specific psychological nursing in patients with depression，so as to improve the effect of clinical nursing. Selection methods：from April 2014 - November 2015 and has 80 patients with urethritis of sex of gonococcus of diagnosis of blame，through self-designed questionnaire to survey patients with depressive mood，in the form of the difference between depression in patients with different observation，to explore the causes of depression，summed up the specific psychological nursing measures to improve. Results：the survey，the male and the risk of depression was obviously higher than that of women，and 36-45 patients with apparent to other age groups of patients，two groups of comparisons difference have statistical significance，based on the cause of depression patients，corresponding nursing measures，after care，patients with depression significantly is better than that of before treatment，P lt; 0.05，compared with statistical significance.
