精品论文 参考文献 分离胶管与肝素锂管对心肌酶测定的影响 何健 黄松音 刘勇 冯慧馨 （中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院检验科 510120） 　　【摘要】目的 探讨分离胶管与肝素锂管对心肌酶谱（AST、LDH、CK、LD-1、HBDH、CK-MB）测定的影响。方法 用三种试管：分离胶促凝管、肝素锂抗凝管与普通干燥管分装全血与混合血清，37℃水浴1.5与3小时后测定心肌酶谱。结果 37℃水浴3小时内, 全血标本随时间延长，肝素锂管组与普通干燥管组心肌酶谱中的LDH、HBDH与LD-1均有上升趋势，分离胶管组则相对比较稳定。同一时间段,混合血清分离胶管组、肝素锂管组与普通干燥管组间心肌酶谱均无显著性差异（Pgt;0.05）。全血标本三种试管间AST、CK与CK-MB无显著性差异（Pgt;0.05），LDH、HBDH与LD-1有极显著性差异（Plt;0.01）。结论 分离胶管与肝素锂管的化学成份对心肌酶谱本身影响不大，但可有效延缓血细胞内心肌酶析出，比较起来，分离胶管因为隔开了血细胞与血清能更接近标本采集时的状况。 　　【关键词】心肌酶 分离胶 肝素锂 　　【中图分类号】R446 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）33-0096-02 　　The effect of separation gel tube and Heparin lithium tube for myocardial enzymes measurements 　　He Jian, Huang Songyin, Liu Yong, Feng Huixin 　　Department of clinical laboratory, Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital. 510120 　　【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect on determining the concentration of myocardial enzymes (AST, LDH, CK, LD-1, HBDH, CK-MB included) between separation gel coagulation promoting tubes and heparin lithium coagulation promoting tubes. Methods: The samples of whole blood and pooled serum were respectively collected by using separation gel coagulation promoting tubes, heparin lithium coagulation promoting tubes and traditional drying tube, then analysis the measurements of myocardial enzymes in three kinds of tubes after water bath heating in 37℃ with 1.5 and 3 hours . Results: The measurement results of LDH, HBDH and LD-1 in whole blood increased with prolong of time in both heparin lithium coagulation promoting tubes and traditional drying tube in water bath heating in 37℃ with 3 hours. However, itrsquo;s comparatively more stable in separation gel coagulation promoting tubes. There were NO significant differences （Pgt;0.05）in the same time period among the results of determining the concentration which of myocardial enzymes in pooled serum both in three kinds of tubes neither among the results of AST, CK and CK-MB in whole blood.
