Reference documents XXX-specifications-v6.0 Essential Function List v6 MSDN Library System Architecture Architecture Diagram Database servers running SQL Server 2005 and App/Web Servers are located in XXX office, Hongkong. Remote client computers are distributed in Asia-Pacific region. Physical Architecture Network Load Balancing will be applied to App Servers. At beginning, 2 servers will be installed with the same hardware configuration. Database Mirroring will be used to increase the reliability of database servers, and 2 SQL servers are installed to act as principle and standby roles, respectively. For automatic failover, a third witness server is required. Storage Area Network (existing) can store data in a fast and flexible way. Given the SAN is not available, data will be stored in DB servers’ hard disks which should
