精品论文 参考文献 RH阴性血与产后出血的关系临床研究 热那古力.艾则孜 吐尔洪江.阿不拉（新疆沙雅县人民医院 842200） 【中图分类号】R714.46+1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2012）31-0283-02 【摘要】目的 本院主要是对RH阴性血与产后出血的关系做相应的临床研究。方法 主要是针对2010年到2012年到本院进行分娩的40例RH阴性血孕妇进行实验，将这40例RH阴性血孕妇作为实验组，从住院到分娩，进行回顾分析，并通过同期在本院进行分娩的阳性血型做对比，设立为对照组，对照组的孕妇有30例，观察RH阴性血孕妇与产后出血之间的关系以及临床分析。结果 在进行实验的过程中，经过科学的诊断，RH阴性血孕妇的早产现象、新生儿的高胆红素血症的发病率都在一定程度上大大高于对照组的孕妇，还有一点就是RH阴性血的孕妇比正常血型的孕妇产生的相应的抗体要少。结论 RH阴性血的孕妇在进行分娩的时候在出血的几率很大，所以在对RH阴性血孕妇的监管时一定要严格，再有就是为了避免RH阴性血孕妇在分娩的时候出现出血的现象，应该在必要的时候进行对脐带血的检查，如为RH阴性血，则要进行血浆置换或者是宫内输血等，这样可以在一定程度上增加新生儿的成活几率。 【关键词】RH阴性血 产后出血 临床研究 RH negative bl00d relation to postpartuMheMorrhage clinical study 【Abstract】Objective:this acadeMy is Mainly to RH negative bl00d relation to postpartuMheMorrhage the clinical research.Method:Mainly for2010 t02012 to thehospital for delivery in the 40cases of RH negative bl00d of pregnant woMen to experiMent,the 40cases of RH negative bl00d of pregnant woMen as the experiMentalgroup,froM inpatient to delivery,were retrospectively analyzed,and through the saMe tiMe at ourhospital for delivery of RH positive bl00d contrast,set up as the controlgroup,the control thegroup of pregnant woMen in 30 cases,observation of RH negative bl00d of pregnant woMen with postpartuMheMorrhage as well as the relationship between the clinical analysis.Results:in the process of experiMent,after a scientific diagnosis,RH negative bl00d of pregnant woMen with preMature phenoMenon,neonatalhyperbilirubineMia incidence weregreatlyhigher than that of the controlgroup of pregnant woMen,and one point is RH negative bl00d of pregnant woMen than in norMal bl00d pregnant woMen produce corresponding antibody to less.Conclusion:RH negative bl00d of pregnant woMen in childbirth in bleeding risk,so the RH negative bl00d Maternal supervision Must be strict,another is to avoid RH negative bl00d of pregnant woMen at the tiMe of childbirth bleeding phenoMenon,should be necessary on uMbilical cord bl00d tests,such as RH negative bl00d,it is necessary tohave a
