精品论文 参考文献 72例肝胆外科手术患者围手术期肺部感染的预防及护理 赵芬 蹇娅琳（四川省广元市朝天区人民医院外一科 四川广元 628012） 【中图分类号】R473【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2012）28-0217-02 【摘要】目的 探讨肝胆外科手术患者围手术期肺部感染的预防及护理措施。方法 回顾分析72例肝胆外科手术患者病例资料，总结肝胆外科手术患者并发症护理措施。结果 通过对72例肝胆外科手术患者分别采取术前、术中及术后的分类预防及护理措施，72例肝胆外科手术患者痊愈67例，痊愈率93.05%，术后肺部感染4例，感染率5.56%，死亡1例，死亡率1.39%，平均住院天数10d。结论 加强肝胆外科手术患者的预防性护理措施有利于患者减少并发症，缩短住院日，提高患者生活治疗。 【关键词】肝胆 手术 肺部 感染 护理 72 cases of hepatobiliary surgery before and after operation for patients with pulmonary infection prevention and nursing 【Abstract】Objective investigate the hepatobiliary surgery before and after operation for patients with pulmonary infection prevention and nursing measures. Methods Retrospective analysis of 72 cases of hepatobiliary surgical operation patient data，summarize the preventive hepatobiliary surgical operation patients with complications and the nursing measures. Results : Based on 72 cases of hepatobiliary surgical operation patients were taken the preoperative，intraoperative and postoperative classification prevention and nursing measures of 72 cases of hepatobiliary surgical operation patients,67 cases were cured，the cure rate was 93.05%，postoperative pulmonary infection in 4 cases，the infection rate was 5.56%,1 cases of death，mortality is1.39%，the average length of stay10d. Conclusion to strengthen the hepatobiliary surgical operation patients with preventive nursing measures for patients with less complications，shorter hospital stay，improve patients living treatment. 【Key words】hepatobiliary operation pulmonary infection nursing 手术后肺部并发症(PPC)是指术后有临床表现的肺部异常，并对疾病的进程有负面影响[1]。肝胆外科手术患者术后肺部并发症有较高的发生率，是增加术后病死率的重要因素之一。现将自2010年12月至2011年10月收治的72例肝胆外科手术患者围手术期肺部感染的预防及护理措施总结如下。 1临床资料 病例资料选自2010年12月至2011年10月收治的72例肝胆外科住院手术患者。其中男58例，女14例，年龄32～68岁，平均年龄52.2岁。32例为单纯胆囊结石，手术方式选取腹腔镜切除胆囊取石，15例单纯胆囊结石选取开腹手术方式切除胆囊，8例为胆总管结石，4例行左肝切除胆总管切开取石，术中均放置T管引流，肝血管瘤11例，采用介入治疗，2例胆结石合并胰腺炎。术后肺部并发症感染4例，其中肺不张2例，支气管痉挛1例，感染发生率5.56%。 72例经对症治疗和采取预防性护理，2例肝胆外科手术患者痊愈67例，痊愈率93.0
